Why I created this masterclass

I'm a sports and eating disorder dietitian with a lived experience of binge eating disorder. I spent years at war with my body and mind, overwhelmed by guilt, shame and anxiety surrounding food, exercise and my body. It consumed my whole life and affected my physical and mental health more than I understood at the time.

Years later, I feel in control and normal around food and am no longer impacted by my body image. I have my brain back and feel connected to and appreciative of my body for all the things it can do when I am fuelling adequately. This experience drives my passion to support others to improve their relationship with food and body image so they can feel free, connected and content too.

I know not everyone can access 1:1 support, so I created this masterclass to reach more people who need it. If you have a difficult relationship with food, this masterclass is a great opportunity to start working towards a better life, the one you deserve.
