Nutrition support for disordered eating & body image

As a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician with a lived experienced of disordered eating, I use a non-diet and trauma-informed approach. Each session is guided by the individual, their current needs, support networks, priorities and adjunctive treatments.

The overall aim of nutrition therapy is to change the way you think about food, so you can fuel your body adequately, find food freedom and achieve body neutrality.

Performance nutrition services for everyday to elite athletes

As an Accredited Sports Dietitian, the main focus for my athletic clients is to optimise performance and ensure their training load isn’t compromising their health. I have supported many underfuelled and underperforming athletes of all levels to maximise their performance and health through food.

This is achieved by shifting your values from dieting and burning calories to look like an athlete, to fuelling and training to perform like one.
